Dans une terrine, disposer la farine en fontaine.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Ajouter la préparation précédente puis les oeufs.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Pétrir jusqu'à obtenir une pâte souple.&nbsp; Laisser lever pendant 1 h</p> <p style="text-align: center;">***</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Plus simple, si vous avez une machine à pain , mettre tous les ingrédients dans la cuve et faire le programme pâte en ayant soin de rajouter un peu de farine&nbsp; (la pâte ne doit pas être molle.)</p> <p style="text-align: center;">***</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Puis retravailler la pâte en modelant des bonhommes ou bien avec des petits moules&nbsp; à gâteaux.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Les faire un peu épais ils seront plus jolis et bien plus moelleux une fois cuit.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">On peut faire des yeux , des boutons avec les&nbsp; raisins ou amandes, noisettes... si l'on veut.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Les miens sont naturels (sans yeux ni boutons.)</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Les disposer sur une plaque beurrée. Laisser lever pendant 30 mn . Les badigeonner des jaunes d'oeufs dilués avec une cuillère à soupe de café (ou une cuillère à soupe d'eau)</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Faire cuire à 180°C (th.6) pendant 30 mn.</p> <p center;">***</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><u>Ingrédients:</u></p> <p style="text-align: center;">20g de cerneaux de noix </p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp; 80g de cassonade</p> <p style="text-align: center;">2 oeufs&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp; &nbsp; 50g de beurre ramolli</p> <p style="text-align: center;">30g de fécule</p> <p style="text-align: center;">20g de farine</p> <p style="text-align: center;">1 cuill de rhum ou d'alcool de noix ou tout simplement de la vanille</p> <p style="text-align: center;">1 cuill à café d'extrait de café </p> <p style="text-align: center;">un peu de sel</p> <p style="text-align: center;">***</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><u>Pour le glaçage:</u></p> <p style="text-align: center;">150g de chocolat noir à croquer 10g de beurre </p> <p style="text-align: center;">12 cerneaux de noix entiers&nbsp; 100g de sucre</p> <p style="text-align: center;"></p> <p style="text-align: center;">***</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><u>Recette,</u></p> <p style="text-align: center;"></p> <p style="text-align: center;"></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Rapez finement les noix.Allumez le four thermostat 6 (180°).</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Cassez les oeufs en séparant blanc et jaunes</p> <p style="text-align: center;"></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mettez les jaunes dans une terrine et les blancs dans un saladier.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Ajoutez aux jaunes la cassonade, mélangez à l'aide d'un fouet.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Ajoutez le beurre la fécule le parfum choisi l'extrait de café les noix râpées et mélangez à nouveau.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Battez en neige ferme les blancs poudrés de sel et ajoutez petit à petit au mélange.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Incorporez-le parfaitement.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Beurrez un moule à manqué de 22 cm (environ).</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Versez le mélange,lissez&nbsp; bien la surface et laissez cuire le gâteau pendant 35mn,</p> <p style="text-align: center;">le gâteau gonfle légèrement.
